Returns & Exchanges:
Because we want you to love your TELLiT candle, we gladly accept returns and exchanges. Just contact us within 1 day of receiving delivery and Ship items back within 5 days of receiving delivery. Please see any limitations and restrictions that apply. Buyers will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Cancellations:
Unfortunately cancellations are not accepted but please contact us with any concerns and we'll do everything we can to help.
Limitations & Exceptions:
Because of the nature of Custom or Personalized items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, returns or exchanges can not be accepted.
Additional Info:
Some of our candles are novelty items and non-traditional scents. They are our artistic interpretations of fragrances. If you have any hesitancy of a scent at all, we encourage you to contact us first with any questions and we will do our very best to answer any questions you may have.
